Leads can only be assigned to a lead agent.
Navigate to menu item CRM Contacts | Leads | Lead Agent
Click on + New Lead Agent
Complete the required fields
Field descriptions:
- User: Select an existing system user from the list.
- Active: This will be ticked by default
- Products: List all the products which the agent is allowed to work on
Note: that Leads can only be assigned to users who have been setup as Lead Agents AND is linked to the Product which is linked to the Campaign.
