Having trouble with the location on your device?
- After installing Field Service Cloud from the Google Play Store log in to the application with your email address and password. If you forgot your password contact your Office or follow these steps: Forgot password
- Enable Location services when prompted from the application
- The application gets your current location as you are busy with the job at hand. When the Device’s Location gets turned off the Job cannot be closed
- Once the location on the device has been turned off while busy with a job, the job will not complete. Once you get this Error message, you will have to enable the location on the device.
- Open Google Maps to ensure the device’s location gets set. Once this has been done you can open the Field Service Cloud application and close the Job
