IN THIS ARTICLE WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD


STEP 1


Go to the Field Service Cloud Link: https://secure.fscloud.co.za/ServicesSolution-web/login.xhtml


Once you are at the login screen, click on Forgot Password?”



STEP 2


It will take you to the following screen where you have to type in your e-mail address as well as do the reCaptcha Security Check. After you have done it, click on “Request Password Reset".



STEP 3


The screen will then indicate that a Password Request have been sent to you.



STEP 4


Now you have to look in your e-mail inbox and you will see an email from Picksmart - info@picksmart.co.za with the title “Password Reset Notification”.


Here you have to click on the link that says “Please click here to reset your password”, it will take you to the Reset Password Webpage.


STEP 5


Once you're at the link where you can reset your password, you must type in the new password and do the reCaptcha Security Check then click on “Update Password”.



Your password will be reset and you can now use your new password.
